Shipping
We ship nationwide. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase confirmation. Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track it at all times.
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (you can adjust this figure according to your strategy), while for smaller orders, a shipping fee calculated at checkout will apply.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt so we can offer a quick solution, either a replacement or a refund.
